Timings
- Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner (as per resort timings).
- Dinner will not be served post 10:30 p.m.
- Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner will not be served and permitted in the rooms
Music
- Music / loud noises / fireworks will not be permitted post 10 p.m.
Refunds
- There will be no refund (partial or full) for early departures or breakdown of air conditioners, appliances, etc, if the breakdown is due to weather or any other conditions beyond the control of the management.
Valuables , Security & Storage
- The management takes responsible steps to ensure safety & security of all guests.
- Individual personal lockers have been provided in each room for securing your personal belongings.
- The final responsibility of their safety & security lies with the guest.
- Rooms should be locked at all times when not occupied.
Swimming Pool
- Guests (ladies/gents) will only be permitted to swim with appropriate swimwear.
- Guests should swim at their own risk.
- The guest should note that there is NO lifeguard on duty.
- Children must always be accompanied to the pool with one attendant.
- Consumption of alcohol & swimming is strictly prohibited.
- After 7pm, swimming will not be permitted.
- The management is not responsible for any mishaps at the swimming pool.
Permanent damage to linen & equipment in rooms
- Any permanent damage to bedsheets, towels or other linen, such as permanent stains caused by mehndi, dyes, cigarette burn stains, etc, will be charged according to the cost of the item.
Use of Kettle
- Should only be used to heat plain water & not used for boiling milk / cooking instant noodles etc.
- The above if done and damaged will be charged as per actual cost of the kettle.
Toilets
- Cigarette butts, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads, toilet paper and other such material should be discarded into the dustbin.
- Blockages caused as a result will be charged accordingly.
