• The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by acts of omission /accidents / etc.
  • The guest should pay on demand an amount equivalent as required to make good or to rectify such damage / loss caused by the guest.
  • Normal wear & tear are acceptable
  • Any accidents or incidents to the guest or property damage should be informed to the housekeeping staff immediately.
  • NO SMOKING in rooms and the entire resort. Smoking is only permitted outside the property.
  • If guests are found smoking in the rooms / resort, a fine of Rs 2500 shall be levied.
  • Consumption of narcotics & drugs is strictly prohibited at the resort.
  • Consumption of alcohol at the resort without a valid permit is the sole responsibility of the guest.
  • The Management will not be held responsible for any unanticipated interruption of electricity, water, etc.
  • Any misbehaviour of guest i.e misuse of common areas, high noise levels, etc, a warning will be given. The management will reserve the right to terminate the stay of the guest.

NOTE:
1) Guests are requested to switch off the lights, fans, AC’s when not in use.
2) Ensure that the taps are always turned off after use.
3) Avoid unnecessary use of towels
4) Rooms must always be locked when not in use.
