- Since we have limited no of rooms, reservation is based on the advance payment received.
- Bookings are reserved as per the number of people and days.
- 14 days prior to check-in date 100% refund
- No refund or cancellation made within 7 days prior to check-in.
- Partial advance payment is not entitled to any refund. In the event the guest has made an advance part payment, the balance pending amount is required to be paid 3 days prior to the check-in date for the booking to be confirmed. –
- Refundable security deposit (For 2 BHK VILLA ONLY), Rs. 10,000/- to be paid at the property against any possible damage incurred during the duration of stay.
- Peak dates such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year & other imp. dates etc, will be non-refundable / non-cancellable under any circumstances
